Just have an eye on some of these noobs gms so things like this wont happen, if you do that then who knows maybe a new young core of guys will start to form here. It is another thing you have to do right now, but in a few seasons they will be fine on there own. This is why I vetoed this trade. WTF? |

Don is an asst and has stuck around. People have been asst and then joined the league it has happened many times before. People need to understand that the BBS is an entirely different league than anything else, so making them an Asst to start out would be really beneficial to them. If they do not want to then tell them they have a 3 week trade ban under your watch, if they were an asst before then its 2 weeks or 1 week. No one would leave. BBS isn't entirely different though. Its a great league, and the Gm quality is high but NBN and UOSLR and even a league like ABCA are all extremely good as well. It isn't impossible to be able to come and fit in here. It just takes a little patience to get used to ratings and player values. This is my whole point, this is what I am talking about. This is why they should go through the process. |

+10 I hate when guys try to rape the new gm....How the hell do we expect to keep new guys if we always go for the rape instead of trying to help them adjust to the league. Agreed. Nothing against Mark but there is no way you can justify that it makes sense for a new GM to make a big trade in his first hour in the league. A trade ban for the first week or something like that would be nice... it's probably already been said but i dont feel like reading 5 pages 4 of the pages are legit. 1 page is about masturbation.
