Deron and four great picks is an issue for you? Really? I love that trade. By far the best deal I was offered, and I was in a position where I needed to make the move. I had him on the block for three weeks. The issue we all had with your deal was that you put up no block and did not give anyone a chance to beat the offer. I had a block up. I had multiple blocks up. When it came to a point where I had to move him or destroy the value of my pick for this season, I made the move. Under those circumstances, I'd say a superstar prospect and 3-4 great picks - NOH 2008, SAC 2008, MEM 08, and then whatever ORL 09 gets me - was a pretty great job. You honestly provide nothing in the league. Absolutely nothing. You're not active at all, and whenever anyone calls you on it you get ridiculously sensitive about it. You put yourself up on a pedestal and then somehow aren't bright enough to realize that when you post shit like you just did, it just destroys any semblance of credibility that you may have. That kind of comment - "pathetic existance" - might have been even a tiny bit decent a year ago, back when you actually were a good GM. Now you're just kind of there. You build your teams through tanking and ripping off new, weak GMs. Now that we limited what someone can do "tank-wise" and have an overall outstanding GM core, you can't do a thing. If you hadn't shockingly jumped up to draft Parker or got lucky with T-Mac, I really think we'd be looking at a contract year situation with you. You're just not that good of a GM to me, plain and simple. Not when you can't rip off new guys or Lumley, or tweak a 45 win roster to the point where you get top-5 in the lotto again. |

I called you out for acting like a douche and you can't refute it, so the only thing you can do is try and attack me/my response and focus the attention away from the fact that you, more often than not, act in a pretty pathetic fashion. Seriously, why else would someone come onto a sim league msg board and attack someone out of the blue? I havent said anything to you or about you. The simplest and most logical explanation is that they have this need to put others down in order to feel better about themselves.And if anything, you detract from the league with your constant negative attitude.

Ive seen this before... I can see it now, him msging you ... "hey man, post this... ". You're saying the exact same things he use to say. Talk about pathetic. You can't even come up with your own thoughts, you have to use someone elses.
You talk about me putting myself on a pedestal... yet here you are judging me, like you are someone to be judging others. You just said that im not active, so how have I been displaying this belief that I am superior to all if im not even around? Im not the one with the higher than thou art attitude... its you.. with your constant judging and critiquing of others, often in a negative way. I hate it when people do this. You talk about credibility... its a sim league. I dont need/want your approval or anyone elses. I dont use this as a way to boost my ego. Its just something to do. Credibility. hah. Just as a side note... ive done more for BBS than you or any other GM currently involved
How did Krup get Lebron and Amare? He didnt trade for them. He didnt trade for picks that turned into them. He tanked for them. And what are you doing right now? Trading for veterans so that you can compete? No, you traded away your vets in order to use your picks to get talent through the draft. When you or yours do it, its just "rebuilding".. .when I build through the draft, it's tanking. Talk about pathetic and hypocritical. Funny thing is I havent even tanked. Im always in or close to making the playoffs.
All the "top" GMs take advantage of so called weaker GM's at one point or another. Every good GM in here has. But, when certain people do it, its overlooked...meanwhile, certain others get criticized for it. Hah. Ive made trades with quality GMs in every version of BBS. See Outlawz for example. Im not on as much as I once was and dont have the time to make trades everyday. Its also a little more difficult for me when a good portion of the league has been brainwashed and dont want to trade with me in the 1st place. So, i do what I can.
As for my activity, I check the boards daily, am always willing to talk/respond to trade talk and always take care of my team. Obviously Spencer wants to get the drafts done as quickly as possible now and like ive told him ill be sure to send lists in. No, I dont post a lot. I post when it's necessary for me to do so, but I dont run around posting useless things and I dont have a desire to do so..or the time. If you and others feel the need than good for you, but some of us arent online all day and have other things to do.
yea, ive said what i needed to.. im done with this convo... so knock yourself out. Seriously, do it.
