Actually Felton did a really good job on DJ. But Josh Smith, eww, he did an awful job on Aldridge. He just lost my vote for all-league first team.

Having Skillz come over to the west and scott going to the east will not do anything.
What has to happen is we need to replace some of these cellar dweller gms and get some guys who can put winning teams out on the floor. Right now, that cannot happen because the gm quality on the waiting list is just not that good. So we have to leave things as they are. I do not like moving so many teams and switching their locations up, but I am not the commish. I just hate the idea. So are we in agreement then? That is the whole point of this. There is zero balance whatsoever and it is awful. We're going to wait and hope some stud GM magically appears on the waiting list? What you want is to replace the cellar GM. What we want is to replace the cellar GM. It is the same thing. You recognize the problem. No you are talking about gms and their entire teams moving to a different conference. I am talking about replacing some of these gms with new gms. I am not saying we should move teams I am saying find some good gms for this shitty teams.

BTW, Dave's four best players (LeBron with the Bulls, Nenad with the Heat, Beasley with the Bucks, West with the Celtics) are all in the East. I know people will say "Oh, I love the competition"... well, you're different than I am then. I'd rather it be a little more fair. I wanted to trade all the players to the West but everyone in the West is a cheap ass. (Andrew)

i wonder what spence will say about this I dont want to move any teams around. If a bad team opens up and a good Gm in the East would like tot ake control of that team, feel free. I dont see it as being a huge problem. It sucks for the lower echelon teams in the East, but you could say its actually very realistic. For the last couple of years in the NBA the East has been horrible and the West has been very deep. It happens. No reason to worry too much. Obviously if a good Gm applies Id rather the good Gm get a team in the West, but Im not gonna do anything too drastic just yet.

Dad always knows best. What a cock The East is better, but I mean do we really want to do something as unrealistic as move Phoenix to the Atlantic? I just dont see the point. Maybe Ill run Western Conference teams longer when GMs quit. IDK, I really like how alot of the West clubs looks. Lakers are dominant. Nuggets are very good and have Howard, Conley, Freeman and all their picks. Warriors are kinda at a crossroads, but they have some talent. Jazz are gonna be awesome. Rockets are making a comeback. Maybe only a perennial 500 team but much better then they have been all year. Suns have some nice rebuilding tools and should be a force soon. Mavs are set up well to rebuild if Chris is patient. Grizzlies have made some good and some bad moves. If he stays focused he should be ok. Clippers have a ton of talent. 4 very good players. Wolves have 2 great young players to build around. Spurs have been a disappointment. AllStar needs to step up. Kings are pretty horrible. Scott is definately having troubles. Blazers are tanking well. ;D Sonics are still damn good, and young.

Conference mostly sucks and has the worst, least active GMs in BBS. Can't argue with that. I think it would really help out the scene over there to add some guys who know what they're doing and can make the conference competitive. The way tanking/awful teams have compiled is pretty frightening, and I think it results in inactivity. I also think it won't easily be remedied because the conference lost two of its best GMs and has poorer GM quality overall. Think the conference could benefit from a few rivalries, more active GMs. I also think the league does deserve some parity.
