Pistons went over the HC this morning(I didnt notice it) and they are still over the HC now. Beause it is the GMs responsibility to get under before the trade deadline and Chris didnt the Pistons will be hit with the HC penalty right now.
The Hard Cap
-The Hard Cap is $85,000,000. You cannot go over the Hard Cap. If you do go over, you have 48 hours to get under. If you do not get under, you must forfeit your next 2 first round picks(If their are multiple picks I will decide), and you will also lose a player to waivers. You will also lose your MLE and LLE, and all FA privileges (even Bird rights) over the next 2 years.
Detroit will lose their top 2 picks in 33. They have 3.
George Stone will be a FA in the offseason.
No Free Agency for Chris for 2 years.

I'm 50k over.. like that is an astronomical number. I'm sorry that Andrew took so long to confirm a deal and the deal I made with him was supposed to be processed BEFORE the Seattle deal which I obviously did NOT take into account for hence why it was only 50k off...
But you want to be the almighty and make rules wherever you see fit is fine by me. I love how it was a big deal that I posted that one time that Haberman went over the HC but the timer didn't "officially" start until Spencer made the announcement.
Glad there's a double standard.
