I want to go to the East and take on guys like Maniac, Outlawz, Mark, and Ebener on a daily basis. I'd like to prove my worth around here and I think I'd step my game up tremendously if I moved out East.

Everyone knows the West has shitty GMs in general and that the conference never gets any better. Even out the GM talent so there's competitive balance between and within conferences. It's completely fair.

I think it should stay the same. If your a good Gm you'll find a way regardless but i think in the end some re location would be good for the league as a whole
Basone, nanz, andrew, aar usually have a course that they stick too.
I think Blue and Galo can be better if they stick to 1 path.
Greg does 1 good move then makes a bad 1. Pig can be really good a couple of seasons but then just kinda gives up
Spurs just suck, Grizz just suck,
Chris has a chance to finally do some good if he can take Gmin seriously he can be solid but he fucks around too much.
Nuggets could be so much better if they had a GM that cared. Ducky just goes through the motion. He doesnt really care. He's the only guy i would switch to the east with one of the better gms
Minny has a solid core. I would like to see them be more pro active tho
The biggest difference between the east and west is that east gm's as a whole are way more competitive and care more about winning than the west as a whole.. The west has potential but i think maybe some re-location would be good just because it would put more pressure on guys to care more about their team

I'm fine with moving teams to different conferences, including myself. I just think we need to have a more formal discussion about which teams need to move where.

Id be for this if one of the elite Gms out East wanted to take one of the crap West teams. IMO the proposed idea doesnt make much sense though.
DAL is gonna be fine if Chris just plays it smart.
SA would be ok if AllStar made a couple of moves.
SAC and MEM completely suck. If an elite Eastern GM wants one of these teams, please let me know.

Im not gonna move a tea to the West from the East though. You need to give up your team and take the open team in the West.

You need to give up your team and take the open team in the West. maybe one of them will still be down but this doesn't really help the situation, at least not for a good 2-3 seasons

Im gonna try and hire better Gms for the West. Ill be a little more harsh with firing guys in the West when they suck. But Im not gonna move a team out west just to satisfy you guys. To me it doesnt affect the league poorly enough to do something so drastic. Check out the East and West NBA standings last year and the year before.

It's not permanent in the NBA like it is here, though. I'm fine with anything as long as the situation in the West improves.

5 people voted no, and only 2 people posted opposed to this.. if you vote discuss... Im gonna guess that people that this specific plan wouldnt make things better. I agree. I think it has more to do with me making sure I hire better out West, and that teams in the West make a concerted effort to be better.

Yes, it's getting almost too ridiculous.
It's annoying being the 10th team in the East when you could be 3-4 in the West
