It would be cool if teams with really bad historical records could move their team to a different (major) city - e.g. Kansas City, Vancouver, Brooklyn, Mexico City

The whole team would move and assume the name of the team replaced.

The Hawks roster would go to MEM and become the Grizzlies.

The Grizzlies roster would move to ATL and become the Hawks.
